Boost Service
For all models in the Q-Series Gen2*, we offer the boost service directly at our premises. Boosting the luminaire is completely free of charge for you, you only have to pay the shipping costs.
Boosting the luminaire increases the power and therefore the light output of your SANlight Q-Series Gen2. In the table below you will find the expected performance increases that can be achieved by boosting the luminaire.

Boost Service Procedure
- The Boost Service procedure is quite simple.
- Please contact us at boost@sanlight.com and provide us with your delivery address for shipping
- You will receive the boost form by e-mail as well as an invoice for the shipping labels
- You fill out the boost form completely (a return address is mandatory)
- After checking the form and paying the shipping invoice, we will send you a confirmation and the return shipping label
- Pack the light securely for transport and take it to the appropriate dispatch station in your area
- As soon as we have received the light, it will be technically checked and boosted
- We will send your boosted light back to you
How long does this process take?
Depending on the country of origin, transport times can take several days. Boosting including transport of the luminaire should usually take 7 – 14 days.
