For warranty cases
Should a defect occur during warranty period, we will gladly take care of the repair of your product.
Alternatively, you can handle the warranty claim with the store of your trust. If the store has the product on stock, you can normally replace it on-site.
If it is not possible to process the return via retailer, you can also process the warranty claim directly with us.

We will provide you with a return label for sending us your luminaire. The repair and the return shipment are of course free of charge.

For all non-warranty cases
Even if your product is no longer within the warranty period, we will gladly take care of a repair.

As soon as we receive the product, we will contact you as soon as possible with a cost estimate.
Please note that we cannot cover the transport costs here.

The repair service can be carried out by all customers with shipping addresses within the EU-territory online or at selected stores. For customers with a shipping address outside EU-territory, please contact a store of your trust in your country.
